LINEV Systems US, Inc. has been honored with a 2023 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Award from American Security Today for its groundbreaking CLEARPASS C.I. partial body scanning solutions. This advanced technology is a high-throughput, contactless threat detection system designed to identify concealed electronic, narcotic, and weapon contraband, both metallic and non-metallic. The system features DruGuard® narcotics detection algorithm and A-EYE full-body autodetection, aiding security operators in identifying internalized contraband. The company received the PLATINUM ASTORS Award in the Best Contraband Detection Solution Category.
CLEARPASS C.I. stands out with its compact design, boasting the smallest footprint on the market. It is fully ANSI compliant and recognized as the exclusive “partial body” scanner according to ANSI standards. The system is mobile and portable, facilitating seamless transitions between different security zones.
Empowering security personnel, CLEARPASS C.I. incorporates DruGuard4, an AI-powered algorithm for automated drug detection. The full-body AI detection software categorizes and color-codes objects on or in the body into four groups: Blue for Electronics, Green for Clothing or Accessories, Orange for Foreign Objects, and Red for Threats/Weapons.
The ASTORS Awards recognize outstanding contributions to homeland security, and LINEV’s recognition underscores the innovative imaging and detection capabilities of their body scanners. The company is proud of the Texas-based operations and the successful launch of the CLEARPASS C.I., which is already proving its value in early deployments. LINEV Systems US, Inc. will showcase its technology at the ACA Winter Conference in National Harbor, MD, from January 4-7, 2024, engaging with corrections professionals on critical security issues.
