LINEV Systems has introduced a new tactic, the $160,000 CLEARPASS scanner, to keep prisoners under control. Correctional Director Todd Bahensky noted drug and gun problems in the facility. He mentioned that a new body scanner with artificial intelligence software could help prevent fentanyl smuggling. Because even small amounts can be lethal. This software is superior to the old checks. Todd also demonstrated that the scanner uses a low-dose, non-invasive x-ray beam that can even find drugs inside the body.

And the AI software highlights areas for further search.

Bahensky said that the main thing is the safety of all those present here. He expressed concern about the possible entry of dangerous objects into the prison.
