SPINSCAN X EPR (ESR) Spectrometer - Cutting-Edge Benchtop Solution
In order to fulfill new needs, the X-band EPR spectrometer’s of the latest generation combines our more than 40 years of EPR expertise with cutting-edge digital and microwave technology.
The SPINSCAN X Spectrometer is designed to register EPR spectra in liquid or solid phases in order to find free radicals or paramagnetic species. Our EPR (ESR) Spectrometer’s small electromagnet and microwave bridge are its key distinguishing characteristics. Only systems that are significantly more expensive and larger than the instrument can match its great sensitivity and resolution.
A fully computer controlled system with an extensive software suite is included with the SPINSCAN X EPR (ESR) Spectrometer. The SPINSCAN X Spectrometer’s competitive advantages are increased by its built-in frequency meter, magnetic field and temperature sensors, g-factor calculation, and a wide dynamic range on the amplifier and the AD converter. This provides a special solution for scientific and technological applications.
Beer analysis is the newest use for EPR Spectroscopy. The rate at which a beer’s flavor changes over the course of its shelf life is referred to as flavor stability. Beer production has several major control points where flavor stability can change, including fermentation and yeast effect. Use Paramagnetic Resonance Spectroscopy to foretell when beer will go bad while experimenting with brewing methods.
